Weekday and weekend sessions are either.
Morning 8am -12.30pm
Afternoon 1pm – 5.30pm
Evening 6pm – 10.30pm
Payment to be made at time of Booking.
Block bookings of ten or more will receive a 10% discount.
Local fund raising and Eastham groups Hire rates are negotiable and to be discussed with the trustees.
Cancellations To be made in writing at least 7 days prior to booking or full payment will be required.
Cleaning It is the responsibility of the Hirer to make sure the hall and all facilities used are left in a clean state failure to do so will be charged at £17.50 per hour.
Funeral Wake Hire This includes use of the kitchen and hall cleaning following the event, it is however the responsibility of the caterers to make sure the kitchen is left in a clean state and that everything apart from the fridge is turned off.
Daytime Party Hire runs from 11am – 5.30pm
Evening Party Hire runs from mid-day of the party for 24hrs.
Wedding Hire Up to 48hrs from mid-day the day before
